According to the Center for American Progress, women make up 50.8% of the U.S. population, account for 47% of the U.S. labor force and 52.5% of the college-educated workforce. And yet, women within industries continue to identify as a demographic that lags behind.

What do women need to do to make sure their voices are heard equally within their industry and organizations?
